Ministry of Energy: investment was 835 billion rubles to oil sector and 174 billion rubles to oil refining in 2012

The Minister of Energy A. Novak says that investment was 835 billion rubles into the oil sector and 174 billion rubles into oil refining in 2012. Total investment to fuel and energy sector of Russia is 2.7 trillion rubles annually. He reminds that in accordance with the forecast until 2020, investment to fuel and energy sector of Russia will be 30 trillion rubles, i.e. approximately $1 trillion.
