Gazprom and Serbia to be aimed at the quickest implementation of the South Stream

A working meeting of the Chairman of the Gazprom’s Board, Alexei Miller, the Minister of Natural Resources, Mining Industry and Territorial Planning of Serbia, Milan Bachavich and the General Director of Serbiagas Dushan Bayatovich has taken place in Sochi.

A special attention was paid to pace of work on the South Stream project. The participants of the meeting noted their mutual interest in the quickest implementation of the project and confirmed that the construction of the Serbian part of the gas pipeline would start in accordance with agreements at the end of 2013.
