A number of important decisions have been made in Rosneft within the implementation of the main phase of the BP-TNK integration; as a result the company increased the efficiency of its corporate structure and introduced common standards of activity, the company’s press centre reported.
The Rosneft’s Board cancelled acting standards of the BP-TNK’s corporate management and approved common policies and standards for Rosneft, which are in force from this moment and extended for the whole united company.
