Tatneft goes to law with lawsuit for $334.1 against Ukrainian businessmen on Ukrtatnafta’s case

Tatneft has initiated legal proceedings in England against a number of Ukrainian businessmen in the case of the supply of oil to the Kremenchug refinery (Ukrtatnafta), assessing its damages at $334.1 million plus interest, the press centre of Tatneft reports.

"On March 23, 2016, Tatneft initiated the legal proceedings in England against Gennady Bogolyubov, Igor Kolomoisky, Alexander Yaroslavsky and Pavel Ovcharenko," - the company said.
