Sibur and Gazpromneft with the support of the Federal Road Agency and the state-owned company Avtodor have held the 5th inter-sectoral conference "Bitumen and polymer-bitumen binders: current issues in 2016", dedicated to the application of bitumen and polymer-bitumen binders in road construction, Sibur reports.
The most important topics of the road construction were discussed during two days: recent developments and improvement of the regulatory framework of the Customs Union, international and Russian experience in the application of bitumen and polymer-bitumen binders, introduction of innovation in the road sector.
