In April the Ukraine loaded almost 200 mln cubic m of gas into its underground gas storages

​The Ukraine has loaded its gas reserves at the underground gas storages from the start of the loading period (April 7th) by 191.7 mln cubic m. According to Ukrtransgas, today the gas reserves at the underground gas storages make up 8 bln 629.24 mln cubic m.

According to GSE, as of April 20th gas reserves in the Ukraine made up 8.608 bln cubic m having grown by 6 mln cubic m within a day.

The country still receives gas by reverse from the Eastern Europe. According to Ukrtransgas, from the beginning of April the Ukraine imported 163.7 mln cubic m of gas. The leader of supplies in April was Poland – 69.4 mln cubic m, then Slovakia – 53.6 mln cubic m and Hungary – 40.7 mln cubic m. However, the import from Hungary was stopped on April 19th.

In Q1 2016 the Ukraine imported 2.645 bln cubic m of gas, by 2.2 times less than in Q1 2015.
