The three-year history of the EU antitrust investigation against "Gazprom" is nearing an end. The European Commission is preparing to submit a formal claim of the Russian company that will pave the way to a final decision on the case in the coming months and could mean billions of euros fine for "Gazprom". The main question is the exact wording, which, according to sources of "the Kommersant" will be softer than the original version in terms of claims to the pricing and the number of distressed markets.
