VNHK’s project in Primorye costs over 1.3 trillion rubles

The oil chemical complex only will create 20,000 additional working positions, the Vice President of Rosneft V. Ishayev claims. The enterprise with annual capacity of 30 million tons of hydrocarbons will be placed at the Partizansk municipal district of the Primorye region, near the valley of Pad’ Yelizarova. Mr. Ishayev says that the total cost of the project is over 1.3 trillion rubles, in comparison to the cost of all objects of the APEC summit at a rate of 680 billion rubles that is the evidence of its importance.
