Russian oil supply to Belarus to make up 23 mln tons a year

It was stated earlier Russian oil supplies to Belarus to make up 11.5 tons in H1. But the Ministry of Energy of Russia stated Belarus would get about 23 million tons of oil a year. The oil delivery will be carried out in 2 ways. 21 million tons of oil will be delivered via pipeline, while the remaining 2 million tons will be supplied via railway.
