The Russian Government has postponed a switch to equal-netback gas pricing until 2017.
“Amendments concern specifications of the end of the transition period (2017), it was 2015 before.” It goes from the document, attached to the one, published on the web site of the government.
The term of switching from wholesale gas price adjustment to the regulation of tariffs on gas transportation via main gas pipelines on the territory of Russia has been postponed until January 1, 2018.
