Gazpromneft approves purchase of 50% of Hungarian company RAG Kiha by its Serbian subsidiary

During the meeting on April 18, the Gazpromneft’s Board of Directors approved purchase of 50% in authorized capital of Hungarian company RAG Kiha by Serbian NIS, which is controlled by the Russian company.
