Gazprom to be able to store 1.9 billion cubic meters of gas in underground gas storage in the Netherlands

Gazprom’s share in underground gas storage Bergermeer in the Netherlands will make up 1.9 billion cubic meters of gas, Gazprom Export reports.

On Thursday, April 17, Abu Dhabi’s company TAQA, which is owner of the underground gas storage, reported that it had sold all rights for long-term use of the storage’s capacities and planned to hold an auction for the remained capacities in September.
