FAS and Ministry of Energy haven’t agreed on the volume of gas and oil sale via commodity exchange

FAS and the Ministry of Energy haven’t yet agreed on the volumes of oil and gas sale via the SPIMEX, the deputy head of FAS, A. Golomolzin, said.

We are in a dispute.

Either we accept the rules or agree on 10% of the supply volumes to the domestic market.

We held a meeting, there is a hope to reach a mutual agreement, Golomolzin said.

The necessity to improve the commodity exchange mechanisms in oil, oil products sale and gas sale V. Putin approved in 7 clauses of development of the fuel and energy sector of Russia on October 27th 2015.

Since that FAS can’t agree with the Ministry of Energy on the obligatory volume of oil and gas sale via the commodity exchange.

On Jan 27th 2016 FAS submitted another draft law to the Ministry of Energy.
