The Board of Directors of “Bashneft” approved the acquisition of 19% shares of “Ufaorgsintez”. It is reported by the press-service of the company.
“The Board of Directors of Bashneft, in accordance with the regulation of the RF Government took a decision on the participation of the company in the authorized capital of PJSC “Ufaorgsintez” through the acquisition of 21 505 680 of its ordinary shares (19.04% of share capital) from CJSC “Sistema-Invest” for 3.55 billion roubles.
