Kharkov agreements should be denounced and the Ukraine should compensate $11 billion

The Russian Premier D. Medvedev says to the President V. Putin at the session of the Security Council that the Kharkov agreements granting discount of $100 per 1,000 cubic m of Russian gas to the Ukraine should be denounced and the Ukraine should compensate Russia with $11 billion. In April 2010, Russia and the Ukraine signed in Kharkov the agreement prolonging presence of the Russian Black Sea fleet in the Ukraine for 25 years after 2017.
