Industrial site for gas-processing enterprise to be created in Irkutsk

An Industrial site in Usolie-Sibirsky is considered for the creation of a gas-processing enterprise, Governor of the Irkutsk region Sergei Eroshenko stated.

The region’s head noted that solving of the issue of gas supply in the Irkutsk region is one of the main key factors of the further development of not only oil and gas industry in the Angara district, but also of the whole economy of the region. “The transfer of the Irkutsk region to the use of gas instead of oil products will lead the region to a new quality of life. So the stimulation of creation of gas-processing enterprises is one of the main tasks for us,” – he stressed.
