Rosneft concludes the deal on purchase of 100% of BP-TNK

On Thursday, at 15-53, Rosneft has completed all legal-financial formalities to acquire 100% of BP-TNK’s shares from British BP and Russian consortium AAR, the largest Russian oil company reports.
