Kazakhstan to expose subsoil use rights on competition.

The Kazakhstan government introduces a bill providing for the introduction of the subsoil use rights on the basis of competitive bidding, Nurlan Sauranbayev, the Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies of Kazakhstan stated.
