SOCAR starts drilling of new high-rate well at sea deposit

The state oil company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has started the drilling of new well №730 at the sea deposit “the 8th of March”.
1news.az transmits, referring to the SOCAR’s report, that the drilling is carried out by order of the Narimanov oil-and-gas production department. The estimated depth of the well makes up 5800 meters.
Geologists expect that the daily yield of the well will make up 40 tons of condensate and 350 thousand cubic meters of natural gas after the launch.
The drilling is carried out by the drilling department Sakhil.
