Oil and gas companies operating at Yamal fail to accomplish license terms for geological exploration, launch of deposits and admission of mineral reserves, the director of the Yamal-Nenets subsoil use management department V. Gudanayev says. The terms have not been accomplished at 37 sites. Geological exploration is either not accomplished at all, or performed in not full volume at 29 of them.
