Novatek has founded lower-tier subsidiary

Yamal LNG has founded a 100% subsidiary Yamal Trade PTE LTD. Novatek possesses the right for indirect governance over 100% in Yamal Trade. Yamal Trade is registered in Singapore. Novatek does not explain the purpose of the company’s foundation.
