Lukoil has come to the shelf via bays

At the yesterday’s meeting of the President Putin with the President of Lukoil, V. Alekperov, the latter announced the company’s plans to start the geological exploration at the East-Taymyr site. It is located in the bay formed at the place of the Khatanga river outlet into the Laptev Sea.
