Rosneft to reorganize Vankorneft for deal with ONGC

Rosneft will restructure one of its biggest mining projects - Vankorneft – for transaction with India's ONGC, Rosneft reports.
"To reorganize the joint-stock company Vankorneft in the form of allocation of a Limited Liability Company RN Vankor from it," - the report says.
