Sinarsky pipe plant produces pipes out of 13Cr steel by PSL-2 norms

The Sinarsky pipe plant (enterprise of TMK) has started to ship large lots of pipe products out of steel of 13Cr type. The production technology was mastered in 2011. In December the plant shipped a lot of pipes of 88.9*7.34 mm (L80 strength type, 13Cr type) with the premium thread connection TMK UP PF at the volume of 590 tons.

“A particular feature of the pipes of this type, besides chrome contents, is a thermal treatment and resistance to carbon dioxide attack. A particular feature of the order is the level of requirements to PSL-2 products, that includes the additional, more strict norms of quality of inner surface of pipes, thread connections and to holding the nondestructive control.
