Novolipetsk Iron-and-Steel works has postponed an investment project on the development of the third minefield of the Usinsk coal deposit because of unfavorable climate in the market and financial statement of the sector, TASS reports citing the head of the directorate on the development of the Usinsk deposit.
“We are almost ready to start scale design of the deposit. The recoverable resources make up about 300 million tons (balance ones).
