Miller: the Ukraine not to have gas discount from April

Discount on Russian gas for the Ukraine will cease to have effect from April 1 of 2015, head of Gazprom Alexei Miller stated during the meeting with the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on Tuesday.
In November-December, the price of Russian gas for the Ukraine was $378 per 1 thousand cubic meters (taking into account the discount to the contract price in the amount of $100 per 1 thousand cubic meters).
Naftogaz Ukrainy expects that in the first quarter of 2015 the price of Russian gas for the Ukraine will decrease to less than $340 per 1 thousand cubic meters.
