Over a half of RN-Holding’s minority shareholders take Rosneft’s offer

More than 50% of over 13 thousand minority shareholders of RN Holding have taken the offer, including large investment funds,Interfax reported referring to a source in Rosneft.

According to him, “curiously enough, a group of so-called active minority shareholders of BP-TNK, which filed actions to different courts to protest terms of voluntary proposal, were the first, who agreed for Rosneft’s proposal, while continuing to make a fuss in the mass media”.
