In 2013, investment to Saratov oil refinery should reach 10.27 billion rubles, by 1.7 times more than in 2012, the CEO of the plant K. Gusarov says. Growth in investment is connection with the large program for reconstruction of the plant. Mr. Gusarov says that the investment volume is one of the main indices for 2013.
