Nobody guarantees that oil duty will decrease in 2017

We can’t guarantee that after 2016 the export duty on oil will descend again. This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Arkady Dvorkovich.
"Nobody can give such guarantees, but we generally believe that tax policy should be predictable and understandable for companies. Ensuring stable revenues of the budget in this sense is rather a result of the maintenance of the production than the increase in rates of duties, "- said the Deputy Prime Minister.
