Rosneft got control over 50% in CJSC Modern Ship-building Technologies via “RN-Trust” ZAO. It is said about in a statement of an oil company.
Rosneft got 50% in a JV. It was stated earlier that CJSC “Modern Ship-building Technologies” was created by Gazprombank and NK “Rosneft” on an equal footing. The company will acquire 75% minus two shares in United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) subsidiary Far East Shipbuilding and Repair Center OJSC (FESRC).
