The Atyrausky oil refinery processed 285 thousand tons of oil of doubtful provenance in 2009. In 2012 the shadow turnover of oil went down to 21 thousand tons. This year there has been discovered 1.5 thousand tons of raw materials, supplied under false documents, deputy head of the Department for Economic and Corruption-Related Crime Control in the Atyrausky region K.Izzhanov said.
