Gazprom finds Japan the most attractive market of the Asian-Pacific Region, the Deputy Head of the Russian gas holding company, Alexander Medvedev stated, speaking at the forum “Gas of Russia”.
He thinks that Japan, as opposed to European partners, is ready to give long-term guarantees of the consumption and attractive prices. At the same time, Japan has one of the most dynamic increasing markets of gas consumption, the RIA Novosti reports.
Medvedev recalled that in the long term Gazprom approaches such diversification of sales markets to balance as the sales volumes, as proceeds and amounts in Europe and Asia.
