The Russian Government approved the project of the protocol on Belarus oil products

The Russian Government approved the project of the protocol setting the mode of the charging of export duties for Belarus oil products. The Premier of Russia, D. Medvedev signed the corresponding order.

The project of the protocol sets that from January 1 2015 until December 31 2015 inclusive, the sums paid (charged) of the export customs duties and fees are transferred in full volume to the budget of Belarus in USD when exporting commodities made of oil outside the territory of the Customs Union from the territory of Belarus.

The document stipulates that in 2015 they will hold revision of execution of the schedule for the supplies from Belarus to Russia petrol being application to the annual indicative balance of car petrols of the Union state (1.8 million tons in 2015) in 2015 quarterly before the 15th date of the month preceding the quarter. If petrol is supplied insufficiently by over 10% of the volume presupposed by the schedule then Russia can reduce in the planned quarter the volume of oil supplied to Belarus by pipeline with applying to the reduced oil volume of coefficient 5 multiplied to the volume of non-supplied petrol.
