Gazprom looking for a partner for Gascade, Gasunie is the most probable

Gazprom has started preliminary negotiations looking for a partner for the German gas transportation company Gascade (50% held by Russian concern). The Dutch Gasunie is the probable partner.
Gascade was founded by the Wingas company, the JV of Gazprom and Wintershall on a parity basis. It is expected that Gazprom will consolidates 100% of Gascade when the assets exchange transaction with Wintershall is completed next year.
