The Tomsk region is going to build the first LNG plant in the settlement of Kargala in the Shegarsky district. Its designing will start in 2014. Its planned capacity is 6 tons per hour. According to the program for gas supplying and gasification, the region should build distributive pipelines inside the settlements and to prepare the consumers for gas acceptance.
