Russia and Austria will sign the agreement for foundation of a joint venture for South Stream

Within the visit of the Russian President, V. Putin, Russia and Austria will sign the foundation agreement for a joint venture that will be engaged with the construction of the Austrian division of South Stream, the Presidential Assistant, Y. Ushakov says. During the visit on June 24h, they will signed the shareholders agreement of the joint design company South Stream Austria. The document will be signed by the chief of Gazprom A. Miller and the CEO of OMV G. Roiss. The document regulates several points connected with activity of the joint venture. It determines the structure of the company, of the management, the rights and the liabilities of the participants and presuppose fixing of the financial principles and profit distribution between the shareholders.
