The RF Ministry of Energy: Yatsenyuk is not entitled to assess the feasibility of the "South Stream".

The Russian Energy Minister, Alexander Novak believes that Ukranian Prime Minister, Arseniy Yatsenyuk has no right to make the evaluations on the feasibility of the project of the "South Stream" pipeline, RIA Novosti reported.

The Ukrainian government introduced a bill in Parliament authorizing the transfer of 49% of the gas transport system to the investors from the U.S. and the EU. Yatsenyuk stated that this step will give Kiev the opportunity to have new conditions for transporting Russian gas, to stop the construction of the "South Stream" and to send all the volumes that are planned to supply through this pipeline through the Ukraine.
