Putin: negotiations on gas have been disrupted by Kiev

The President of Russia, V. Putin thinks that the negotiations for gas between Russia and the Ukraine have been disrupted by Kiev. He claimed that in hise phone conversation with the leader of Germany A. Merkel and the President of France F. Hollande. They discussed in the conversation the possible consequences of disruption by Kiev of the negotiations for setting down of the point of the debt for Russian gas supplies for the European economy and energy efficiency. Mr. Putin worries about the situation in South-Eastern Ukraine.
