Slavneft-Yanos to pay dividends for 2012 in the amount of 0.01 rubles on preferred shares

Shareholders of Slavneft-Yanos have approved the amount of dividend on the company’s preferred shares for 2012 – it is 0.01 rubles per share with notional value of 1 ruble, transferred 3 108 845.74 rubles for the payment of dividends, the company’s press centre reports.
