The Ministry of Energy does not see any risks for the Russian oil balance between the supplies in the European and Eastern directions because of Rosneft’s supplies to China, the Minister, A. Novak says. He adds that mostly it will depend on Rosneft itself, on its geological exploration and volume of production.
