Lukoil can reject the idea of attraction of a partner to Western Kurna-2 project, the President of Lukoil V. Alekperov says. The point is not financial but technological partner. Today the project is economically effective.
Earlier Lukoil was going to attract a partner to Western Kurna-2. It negotiated with several potential investors including the Asian companies. Lukoil also offered a share in the project to Rosneft.
