Rosneft, Keppel and MH Wirth form a center of engineering and technical projection of offshore drilling units

​Rosneft, Keppel Offshore&Marine and MH Wirth have signed a shareholder agreement on the establishment of the center of engineering and technical projection of offshore drilling units in Russia.

The main goals of the center will be the technical projection of drilling units for working at the shelf and engineering commercial activity.

The agreement presupposes the development and engineering commercial activity of the center in the framework of the projects of the shipbuilding complex Zvezda in Vladivostok and attraction of order from other Russian and international companies. The center will also train personnel on the issues of engineering and technical projection.

The signed document opens a new stage of foundation of units for exploration and extraction at the shelf by Rosneft. The new center of projection and engineering will contribute to the growth of potential of the company in the sphere of projection of shelf equipment of world class.
