Russia to increase oil supplies for refinery in Tianjin by 9.1 million tons; the plant is scheduled to be launched before the end of 2019

Rosneft has reached an agreement with China on a specific schedule of the design and construction of a refinery in Tianjin, Rosneft’s head Igor Sechin reported to journalists by results of the Russian-Chinese negotiations.

"We reached a very important agreement on the specific schedule for the approval of documents, the design and construction of the refinery in Tianjin with the increasing supply of additional oil to this refinery from Russia by 9.1 million tons," - said Sechin.
