On May 20 of 2014, the Ukraine dramatically increased gas import from Hungary

From May 20th of 2014, the Ukraine increased daily supply of natural gas more than 100 times as compared to previous days to 2.46 million cubic meters from 22.5 thousand cubic meters, the Hungarian gas transmission system operator FGSZ Ltd reported.

According to the Hungarian operator, the average daily supply of gas made up 22.5 thousand cubic meters in May of 2014, but an order for the supply of 2.46 million cubic meters on May 20th was received.
It may be about 0.9 billion cubic meters of gas per year, which also must be paid.
It is obviously that these supplies won’t solve the gas problems of the Ukraine and it will have to negotiate with Russia.
