Rosneft to resume the operation of the Lisichansky oil-refining plant

Rosneft is going to try to resume operation of Lisichansky oil-refining plant stopped more than a year ago. The company has to coordinate some alterations to the tax policy with the Ukrainian authorities. Neither Lukoil nor BP-TNK managed to do this.

In autumn Rosneft is going to resume operation of Lisichansky oil-refining plant which stopped in March 2012, Ukrainian vice-PM Yuri Boiko reported on Friday. “We are negotiating with Rosneft which owns the plant. The Head of the company promises, the enterprise will start operating in autumn”, he said. Rosneft abstained from any commentaries.
