In Q1, Evraz maintained steel production at the level of Q4, 2014

In the first quarter of 2015, Evraz maintained its steel production at the level of the fourth quarter of 2014 - 3.9 million tons, the company reported.
The production of steel products, without rerolling volume, also remained at the same level - 3.7 million tons. The volume of semi-finished products for export increased by 5% due to low production costs and the devaluation of the ruble and the hryvnia. The volume of the production of railway products in Russia and North America increased by 7% due to increased orders from key customers of Evraz.
