Novak announces crisis in energy dialogue between Russia and the EU

RF Minister of Energy A.Novak states that Russia and the European Union are in crisis, concerning energy supply. He has asserted in an interview to Welt, answering the question if the problems on gas supply between Russia and the EU are solved.
He has added that the problem with the dialogue with the European Union is because of political nature of the gas question.
