Shell drops out of talks on gas production at the shelf of the Black Sea

Shell has walked out of talks as for PSA on the Scythian site. They said about it in the press-service of the company in Kharkov and Donetsk regions.

“We confirm the information that Shell dropped out of the negotiations process as for the PSA on the Scythian site in January. Shell wanted the PSA to be signed in 2012 or 2013. But it did not happen. And the company decided to focus on other projects,” they said in the company.
