Vagit Alekperov, the head of LUKOIL, has a negative attitude to the initiative of the RF Ministry of Energy on quotas consumption on the domestic market, he doubts that this initiative will be implemented.
"Negative, we are still working in the market", - Alekperov stated, asked by reporters about how LUKOIL evaluates this initiative. "I do not think it will be implemented", - he added.
