The CEO of the energy centre of the Business-school “Skolkovo” G.Vygon took place at a roundtable discussion “Modern economy and key points of the Russian oil-and-gas sector growth”. It was held within the frame of preparation to the second National oil-and-gas forum. An expert commented modern tendencies of the fuel and energy sector development and their display in one of the main strategic documents of the country – Energy strategy for a period until 2035.
G.Vygon noted that there are no clear rules of the game as for the taxes, prices, transportation and the development of competition to date.
